FS9 stutters

I using fs9,also:PMD 747,Active Sky Evolution,ut terrain, Ground Environment Professional,radar contact,FS2Crew,mega airport like cloud 9 AMsterdam,Helsinki Vantaa ver 1.61,and so on,and i have a problem,this is STUTTER,when i isntalling fs9 without this add-ons,my frame rate was 60-70 fps,when i install addons,in mega airport fsp drops about 20-35 fsp my settings in fs9 is all on ulltrta hight,AI traffic is 50,FPS settings unlimiting,when i trying to lock fps to 50,or 25,i have got much more stutter then setingds was umlimited,i trying all tweaks,to improve fps,but unsuccessful,can you suggest me how to rase frame rate,or,what PC specifications must be best for fs9,thanks allot for your help in advance.kestas
